Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, all items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

2. Receive Instructions: We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
3. Pack Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging. Clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship Your Package: Send the package to our returns center. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

Refund Timeline & Method

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5-7 business days), we will notify you via email.

• Approved Refunds: The refund will be processed to your original method of payment (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
