• FINAL SALE ITEMS (Non-Returnable): Earrings/pierced accessories, Bridal/Special Occasion Gowns (Bridal, Beaded, Glitter, 3D Floral collections), altered/personalized items, and items returned without original tags/packaging.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
• For damaged/defective items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a prepaid return and replacement/refund.
